He said that the CEC conducts explanation events directed at improving legal knowledge of population to prevent “family” voting, when one person votes for all members of the family.

Over 100,000 posters were published and placed in public places, Abdusalomov underlined.

Mirzo-Ulugbek Abdusalomov said that CEC adopted a programme of measures, directed at further improving legal culture of voters during the presidential elections in Uzbekistan.

Various seminars, roundtables, meetings, dialogues, training are held within the programme. The CEC also disseminates information via mass media, various brochures, flyers, etc.
