According to the party, UzLiDeP held a session to form a faction at the Legislative Chamber on 5 January 2015. The session formed the faction and elected the chairperson of the faction.

At the session, it was underlined that UzLiDeP won the majority of seats at the Legislative Chamber – 52 seats. The participants noted that MPs should work on implementation of the party’s pre-election programme.

The party considered organizational issues. Chairperson of the Executive Committee of Political Council of the UzLiDeP Sodiqjon Turdiev was elected as the chairperson of the faction at the lower house of the parliament.
