Tashkent irrigation institute to open branches in Bukhara

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent institute of irrigation and melioration will open its branch in Bukhara city. Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan adopted corresponding measures.
The branch will train bachelors in such directions as “Water management and melioration”, “Mechanization of water and land-improvement works” and “Organization of land use and land cadastre”.
In line with the resolution, the number of students, which are accepted to Bukhara branch of the Tashkent institute of irrigation and melioration, will be determined annually.
In 2010-2011 academic year, the branch will accept 100 students, including 40 students to “Water management and melioration”, 30 students to “Mechanization of water and land-improvement works” and 30 students to “Organization of land use and land cadastre”.
