Nominal money income of Uzbek population increases by 36.5%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Nominal money income of population of Uzbekistan increased by 36.5% year-on-year in January-November 2009 and expenses and savings rose by 34.7%, the Uzbek State Statistics Committee said.
About 36.8% of population’s money income fell to share of salaries and other incomes from enterprises, 16% - social transfers and 47.2% - income from business activity, including realization of agriculture products and others.
The main part of nominal money income was spent to purchase of consumer goods and services – 71.8%. Consumer expanses rose by 31.3% year-on-year in the reporting period.
Share of obligatory payments and fees made up 7.4% of total money income. Population spent 18.1% of their income to deposits, securities and purchase of hard currency, the committee said.
