NAPU and the Academy of Public Administration of Kazakhstan agreed on joint training and development of project management
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Uzdaily.com) -- On 25 June 2019, the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting between the leadership of the Agency, the Republican Higher School of Business and Management named after Abu Rayhan Beruni and the Director of the Institute of Management under the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Yerlan Abil, Director of the Institute of Management, expressed interest in sharing experience between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in the field of project management. He informed that the Academy has established the Center for Development of Project Management in Public Administration and so far it is the only organization that has the right to conduct professional certification in the field of project management. It was noted that the Institute is interested in cooperation with the RFSHU on the development and training of project management.
The Agency’s leadership presented the key areas of the Agency’s activities, in particular, it was noted that Uzbekistan became a member of the International Association of Project Management on March 30 of this year, while our country joined the organization in record time.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on signing a Memorandum on joint training and development of project management.
It is assumed that training will be organized on the principle of exchange for managers and managers of the public sector and confirmation of obtaining qualifications with appropriate certificates.
