The Akfa University, created in accordance with the resolution, will train highly qualified specialists in the field of basic, medical, and humanities sciences.

The educational process at the University will be carried out in English language, in cooperation with leading foreign higher educational institutions.
The procedure and rules for admission of applicants and certification of graduates is determined by agreement with foreign partners.
Admission quotas in areas of undergraduate education and graduate specialties are determined by the University.
Education at the University is carried out on a paid-contract basis.
Graduates of the University receive a standard diploma recognized as a document of higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
