President signs laws ratifying two international treaties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed laws on ratification of two international treaties.
On 18 December 2018, the head of Uzbekistan signed an agreement on organization and conduct of joint anti-terrorism exercises by the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (Dushanbe, August 28, 2008).
Shavkat Mirziyoyev also ratified the strategic partnership agreement between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan (Tashkent, August 17, 2018).
The agreement establishes the basic principles and priorities of bilateral relations in the political, trade and economic, transport and communication, water and energy, environmental, cultural, humanitarian, military-technical and other spheres.
