Boxer Bektemir Melikuziev clinches silver medal of Olympics

Uzbekistan national team won the second silver medal of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Boxer Bektemir Melikuziev won the silver medal in the weight category of up to 75 kg.
In the final bout, Bektemir Melikuziev lost to Arlen Lopez from Cuba with the score 3-0 and took the second place.
Currently, Uzbekistan won nine medals of Olympic Games – 2 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals.
