Sergei Lushan appointed a Bunyodkor coach

Sergei Lushan has been appointed as head coach of Uzbek football club Bunyodkor, the press service of the club said.
Earlier this year, Mirjalol Kasimov left thepost of the coach of Bunyodkor and focused only to his work with Uzbekistan national team. Aftewards, Aleksander Volkov has been appointed as acting head coach of Bunyodkor.
On 3 June, Bunyodkor announced that Sergei Lushan has been appointed as head coach of the club and presented to players.
Prior to appointment Sergei Lushan worked as head coach of Uzbekistan U-19. According to Uzbekistan Football Federation, Lushan will leave his post in Uzbekistan U-19 and the federation will appoint new coach of Uzbekistan U-19.
Sergei Lushan played for Bunyodkor in 2007-2008. From 2009, he worked with youth teams of Bunyodkor and helped the club to create its own academy.
