GEO-NET starts work to study wind power potential of Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
GEO-NET Umweltconsulting GmbH (Germany) developed a preliminary wind atlas of Uzbekistan, which was presented this week in Tashkent.
The wind atlas of Uzbekistan was developed within the study of wind power potential of Uzbekistan. Intec-GOPA and GEO-NET Umweltconsulting GmbH are conducting this study within the project “Construction of high voltage line 500 kV Talimarjan thermal power station – Sogdiana sub-station with 500 kV switcher station at Talimarjan thermal power station”, which is financed by the World Bank.
